My sister (30) and her boyfriend (33) recently had a baby. We live up north where the cost of living is a bit on the higher end. Currently I am not working due to some medical issues and had agreed to watch the baby during the week while she worked as long as they paid me $200 a week. Where we live this is very reasonable since daycare is around $400 a week for an infant. Well here is where I may btah, recently she started working on the weekends and she asked me to watch her children. I asked her to pay for the additional days and she didn’t want to since she only needed me for 3 days the week prior. I informed her that since I not only pick her child up each day and dropped them off and that she has never offered me any gas money that I still expected her to pay me for the additional days. She then said that she wouldn’t bring them, to which I told her that she could but if she didn’t okay. So Reddit AITA?
