I didn’t invite my husband out to eat with my sister and brother from out of town because I thought he wouldn’t want to go. He usually hides from them when they visit and says I act different/weird around them. I asked him if he wanted me to bring something home and he said yes. AITH for not inviting him because I assumed he would be uncomfortable going? I certainly feel like the asshole for upsetting him. I was just trying to do what I thought he would want, to stay home.
