📝 AITA for not knowing how?

My mom likes to have instructions fed to her like a baby and I love my mom to death but I really didn't know how to do this. She needed to know how to change the batteries on her doorbell cam and I didn't know how to do it so I found a video of how to do it for her specific camera. I sent it to her and told her to watch it (she watches youtube often) and she proceeded to tell me I was inconsiderate for not telling her step by step based off watching the video myself. I know this is probably a simple thing to do but this time (she does this a lot) I didn't feel like telling her step by step through the phone. I thought it would be easier to watch the video of someone who has done it many times for her to figure it out. With all that being said AITA for not wanting to help this time but instead have her watch a video to do it herself?
