📝 AITA for not telling my parents about my ADHD evaluation?

I (18F) live with my parents, in a country that is definetly not progressive enough to be morally supportive of mental health. We live in a more progressive area so I got a chance to visit my school's psychologist, and she suspects I have ADHD. I filled out several official test (for depression, anxiety and ADHD).

However, when I offered my parents the possibility of me going to a therapist or psychologist of some sort, the said that I do not have mental health issues and just overthink. The school psychologist found a psychiatrist in my hometown, so I don't have to take a trip to another city, but he only practices during school time. The school psychologist said she would gladly be covering for me and write a pass, but I'm still nervous about what I should do. (If it's worth mentioning, I experince constant burnouts, which could also relate to me maybe having ADHD.

So, what shoud I do? And am I the asshole?

Edit: in my country, as long as you are working or studying, the workplace/school pays for insurance, so we won't get a bill.
