I started talking to a white girl and we really started to click. I did know that she had a kid from a past relationship and although that would be tough as a childless guy, I was willing to explore where things went. As it progressed, I was shown a picture of her child which obviously showed the father was black.

That was a big turnoff for me and I ended things pretty abruptly. She said this has happened to her a lot by guys she’s tried dating in the past.

I am all for biracial dating and when I heard this my immediate feeling is that I’m not her type and don’t want to waste either of ours time.
