📝 AITA for replying to my dad’s work emails and deleting them?

I’m 15. I live in Canada now but I’m originally from Lithuania. My mom died when I was 9 and my dad moved us here after. I didn’t want to come. I still don’t like it. I miss home. I miss her.

My dad and I don’t get along at all. We argue constantly. He calls me names, says I ruined his life, sometimes he hits me when he’s really angry, he says I’m a waste of space and a bad daughter. He tells me he hates me.

He went out yesterday and left his work laptop open. I don’t even know why I did it, I was just tired of everything. I saw some emails open and I replied to a few with stuff like “fuck off” or “do it yourself” and deleted them so he wouldn’t see. I didn’t think he’d actually notice. I also replied to the phishing email thing from his work.

But he did. Someone at his job must’ve said something. He found out and completely crashed out. Screamed in my face, took my phone, told me I was disgusting, ungrateful, and he said I could’ve got him fired.

I guess it was a stupid thing to do. But I don’t feel bad. He makes me feel worthless every single day. No one ever defends me.
