Hi, this is my first Reddit post so please bare with me.

I am a collection agent for a telecommunication company, when cx calls in we need to take payments/payment arrangements to get their unsuspend services. I had a lady which since we got connected started screaming/swearing at me( what are you even doing here? Do you employees even know what the fuck you are doing? You are fucking stupid. I hope you losing your fucking job...) please note that during all the conversation I have been respectful... I mentioned that she has to make a payment arrangement or payment to get services back, she started saying that she would not make any payment and that if we do not give her services back she would do a sucde and that would be on the company. My response might be where I'm the asshole. I replied " if that makes you happy you can do so". After the call ended ( ended up disconnecting as she wouldn't listen). I regret saying that as sucde is a serious matter but I was getting frustrated.
