Throwaway since he follows my main….

I’m (35F) sitting at the airport alone, currently being given the silent treatment from my husband (36M) after our second very small argument today IMO. I need to know if I’m actually the asshole here because I will totally go apologize. We just had an incredible trip in Europe but today he seems to have woken up in a MOOD.

I’m trying not to be biased but that’s what it feels like. We had a small incident happen on the way to the airport which I won’t go into detail to keep things concise but basically this second incident we’re sitting at a restaurant and I had just read the Reddit post about a couple that won the lotto and the woman suddenly doesn’t want to work anymore and how the husband said he would divorce her and take half of she does that.

I tell my husband this story and he goes “Hey all I need is my 3 million to never work again and you’re crazy if you think I’ll work again once I have that 3 million.” So I remind him, I don’t care if you don’t work again, but technically it would be OUR 3 million because we live in a joint property state. He starts to get annoyed then reiterates that if we won 6 mil , 3 mil would be his and 3 mil would be mine, I say okay well technically 6 mil would be ours because we’re married , it’s our joint property. He loses his shit and saying that there’s no reason for me to be talking about the technical aspects of his 3 million, I remind him that’s the premise of the reddit post , and long story short he says “I’m not going to talk to you because when I talk to you, you make me mad and I don’t have to deal with that and at this upcoming wedding we have I’m going to talk to everyone else but you so you don’t make me mad.” Then proceeds to put his noise canceling headphones on and shortly after leaves the restaurant.

AITA for simply talking about the technical aspects of winning the lotto when we live in a joint property state? Or should I go apologize for being annoying?
