📝 AITA for telling my friend she doesn't have to know everything when she asked me to show her my phone

My friend (18F) and I (19F), mostly had a steady friendship. She is the type to overshare and I'm a more private person but that has never been an issue until now.

This Tuesday we were sitting in class and I was on my phone (I was on AO3 to be exact). And my friend randomly leaned over and asked me to show her what I'm doing. I panicked and told her that she "doesn't need to see everything I do". I admit that was a bit bitchy but it genuinely annoyed me at thet time, since it wasn't her first time peeking over my shoulder and either reading who I was texting or something similar. So after that I don't really remember much apart from everything being normal and we laughed, talked and hung out as usual.

Then Wednesday came, I skipped the first class because I had some stuff to do in the city, so my friend had to go to school alone. When I arrived I greeted everyone as usual and went to talk to my friend naturally, she responded very dryly but I didn't overthink it. Next after class was over I noticed she was walking faster than me, and stopped waiting for me so we can walk together, I found it weird but still didn't overthink it. What made me realise something was off was during lunch. she kept talking to the people she normally didn't talk to and ignored me completely even if I asked a question. I texted in our shared group chat if she was mad, our other mutual friend who I'll call Sam responded and said that maybe she's in a mood. I accepted that reasoning since there was nothing else I can do. Later that night Sam texted me saying our friend had told him why she was upset, she was apparently now treating me how I was treating her, and Sam mentioned the phone incident and how I didn't talk to her a lot. This suprised me because I was always the quiet type who only spoke when either spoken to or I had something to say, otherwise I kept silent.

The next two days were again complete silence from her, and I didn't think I should apologise since I believed I've done nothing wrong. Today she attempted to invite me to the store when we had breaks in between classes but she did it in a way that felt like an after thought (she was having a conversation with Sam and both of them agreed to go and after that they'd ask me). I refused the invitation, because I had a gut feeling she'd still ignore me.

That's my story, I just wanted to know what you guys thought.
