AITA for telling my wife she can’t use a pro-Trump/MAGA pharmacy?

My wife has been out of work since 2019 and is on my healthcare insurance plan.

She’s a Republican but not a MAGA diehard.

Recently, she expressed a desire to move all of our prescriptions to a small, local pharmacy in town.

I told her I wouldn’t be moving mine because they’re pro-Trump and hardcore MAGA. (They have signs in their parking lot, and the owner, who is also the pharmacist, is vocal about his support on social media.)

She got mad and said, “Fine, I’ll move mine then.”

I told her that as long as she was covered under my insurance, which I pay for out of my paycheck to the tune of $382/month, she wouldn’t be transferring her prescriptions there either.

My reasoning is that since I’m paying for the insurance, I get to choose which businesses I support.

So, AITA?
