I (25f) and my bf (24M) have been together for a year. We have a good relationship but our love languages are different and romance is really big for me especially making memories. He works a lot and only has a day and a half off. We’ve discussed it and we agreed on a date a month at least and I’m happy with that. I got upset because it seems that when the time comes for a date it’s always from a rotation of the same list: mini golf( rarely), top golf, movies, or dinner. I also have a lot of food allergies so dinner isn’t the most exciting thing for me. I put in the effort to suggest new things but he shuts them down saying he’s not interested in them. Other women in his life say that what he does is great and it makes me feel like maybe I’m being unappreciative? AITA for being upset that he doesn’t put in effort to plan something new for us?
