Fake names because me and my friend are 16. I candy and my friend chanel have been friends since elementary we are besties and do everything together, we are extremely close and have met each others families. We have totally different types in men and usually don't talk about boys.We both are socially awkward and don't usually get attention from boys.Over these last few months canel has grown distant and emotion, I have asked her why but she has isolated herself from people. So I decided to possibly cheer her up I would take her to this casual party I was invited to. At the party I met this boy who was really cute and seemed into me. I got his number and we started casually talking and even planned a first date.I brought it up to Chanel and showed her a photo of him and she said he was really cute.That was the end of the conservation and I went on a date with him.The date went really well and I texted asking if we could go on a second date with me but he went cold turkey.I brought this up to Chanel and she smiled ,i was confused and asked her why she smiling.She said "its probably cause I fucked him" I was shocked and asked what she meant. She said that "remember in 9th grade? when I told you I had a crush on this boy and you ended up getting with him, and then always brung him around and rubbed it my face?? you chose him over me.. So I decided since he was really cute and I actually liked him I wanted to make it even." I was starstruck and was extremely emotional so I walked away. Im so confused and lost she was my best friend, we were so young and he asked me out , I thought we were over it . I NEED ADVICE!!
