I’m loosing my mind and my relationship of 5 years. Last night I fell asleep really early due to having a hard day at work, boyfriend came in the house with his buddy from the garage and woke me up saying they’re were going to the bar that’s 5 minutes from our house and asked if I wanted to go. I declined and went to bed.

I should state this has been a request of mine since we started dating 5 years ago, and he has never respected it. I think I just am over not being heard. Now I sleep wayyy better when he’s in the bed with me so at 3am I wake up and he’s still not home. The bars close at 2am here. So I call him he’s still at the bar. (I use to work at this bar so he does know how to do the closing process) he states he’s helping the bartender close. I said it would have been nice if he could have texted me at 2 stating he would be down there longer. He didn’t answer and ignored what I said so I hung up on him. I stayed up for an hour and fell asleep for 45 waking up at 445 and I checked Snapchat and it says he’s in a town 45 minutes from home, so I called and said I literally just called you asking for you to let me know where you are and you can’t even respect me to do it? And again he said nothing and didn’t respond so I hung up.

Long story short he didn’t come home last night and says he was with his friend. Now I believe him there, I know he was with this one friend but still, he couldn’t send me one text saying “hey we’re over here” or anything? This morning when he got home he said nothing to me ignored me for 45 minutes until I snapped I asked how he could ignore me so easily and how my feelings mean nothing to him. He pretty much stated he’s not going to text me where he’s at because he’s having a good time and that’s all that matters. So AITAH for asking for a text to let me know where he’s at?
