📝 aitah for assuming i should be invited to my friend’s wedding?

my childhood friend got engaged to her highschool sweetheart back in november and their wedding is set to be in early may. we aren’t as close as we were as kids, but we would certainly still consider each other as friends. i have been communicating with her somewhat regularly about the wedding, and she asked for my address “for save the date purposes”. She asked how to spell my significant other’s last name so that she could add us to a spreadsheet, and she even asked me to edit down the songs she will use in the wedding and for the first dance with her fiance. Because of these things, I assumed that I would probably be invited to the wedding, but so far I haven’t gotten a save the date or an invitation — the wedding is less than a month away. I have been having problems with mail getting stolen from the address I’m at currently, so that’s why I think it’s possible that she actually did send me an invitation, but it just got lost. i also understand that she may have wanted to invite me originally, but had to cut down the guest list at some point. is it rude/awkward to text and ask her whether or not i’m invited? i would hate to miss her wedding just because i was afraid of an awkward conversation!
