I need advice immediately

To not make the story long, me and my best friends have been friends over a year now. We used to work at the same company but now she's on another one but in the same campus. She has been begging me to quit my job and go to hers so we can spend time together, I told her I could not do that because my job is really necessary for me but she suggested we should make a sleep over at her apartment one day. I told her that was great and that I can take two vacations days when she has her days off (I have weekends off and she only has Thursdays and Fridays off) and she said that was great

I requested the days off one week before and my supervisor agreed but told me that I still need to cover those hours by the end of the month (which is 18 hours) and I said ok.

On Monday I was texting her about our sleepover and she told me that something came up and she needs to take care of her grandma since she was sick. I was a little disappointed since I already had everything planned but I didn't say anything because it was family issues on her behalf.

Last night, we were on a call with another friend, gossiping and all of the sudden she says to our other friend that she spent all day with her man. I gasped and confronted her "playfully" to not ruin the mood and make our friend uncomfortable but she just told me "sorry friend, I do leave you for dick" she said trying to be "funny" but then she said "But we will meet tomorrow, I promise" and I didn't add anything else, wanting to comfort myself that at least I would get to see her tomorrow.

Now, today. Another friend of mine was her birthday today, we didn't knew each other too much but was a sweet girl so when I was planning the sleepover with by bsf I was also buying a cake and gathering the other girl friend group to celebrate her birthday at our job while I was here at my house. As I text them today and made sure everything went well, my best friend told me that she needs to take care of her grandma by 4 pm but will text me so I can go to her house

It's currently 3:22 pm and I was crying a little bit at this point, I don't know if I'm being too dramatic since my best friend didn't text me back and keep her promise

Please help me with this
