So my birthday falls on a Sunday which would have worked out cuz nobody works that day and it's hard to get everyone together cuz it's a really big family. But the youngest person in my family and her mom are going to be out of state for a dumb dance competition this or something and won't be back until late Monday (to late to still go to dinner or anything). I'm upset about this but everyone is saying I'm being dramatic and childish (btw I am still a child in the eyes of the LAW). It feels selfish to suggest they stay home for that week but this was important to me (I'm also leaving around that time to go up north for about the entire summer) so AITAH for being upset abt this?
