I‘ve (18f) been with my boyfriend (20m) since 2 years.

There is one particular issue I habe: I am being way to punctual.

For an example: I tell my boyfriend he should be home at 4:30. When he shows up at 4:35 it annoys me. It is even worse when I am one week before my period and while my period. I completely shut down and I don‘t want to talk to him for hours.

It might be a trauma response because of my dad. He always said „i‘ll be home soon“. Soon was hours or even days. And one day, he literally just left for months without any texts or calls or anything.

I am in therapy but my therapist does not help alot.
