My girlfriend, now ex, was staying at my condo, and we had agreed that she would leave after a certain period of time. Usually, the plan is she would stay Friday and then leave Monday. Sometimes she’d stay longer. This time, however, I let her stay for three consecutive weeks. She noticed me on my phone and pointed out that I follow 10 women a day on TikTok. She then asked to look through my phone, went through my text messages, and then proceeded to break up with me. She said, “I’m tired of you disrespecting me.” She said she would leave but then stayed the entire night.

The next day, she said she didn’t want to break up, and I told her I wasn’t interested in getting back together. I asked her multiple times throughout the day to leave, but she refused and said, “I’m staying.” I then proceeded to call the police. They came and she’s argued with them stating that “she’s receives Amazon packages and had her stuff there” qualifying her as a tenant. They called the district attorney and told her she had to leave. I drove her home and then started an Instagram Live in case she wanted to retaliate against me. She called her friend, and her friend constantly made fun of me. After I dropped her off, I helped her bring her bags into her apartment.

Am I the asshole for calling the police? If yes, what should I have done to remove her from my condo?
