I pull up at work and see a truck with a bunch of bumper stickers in the back window. Probably like 50 different stickers on the back window of a Ford ranger parked right in the front of our building next to the reserve customer parking. I mange the spare parts and service department of a company that makes packing machinery for various industries.

One of the stickers was a "lets go Brandon" sticker, there were a couple Confederate themed stickers, a bunch of rock band stickers and some other stupid cringy shit. I asked who's truck it was and it was one of our newer field service techs who was in the building for some software training.

I immediately did not want him working for us and he was under my umbrella so I contacted our HR department and asked if it was okay to fire him. HR gave me the approval and recommended I just tell him we have decided to move in another direction and to give no more explanation than that.

I just don't want a clown like that working for us. He is in direct contact with our customers almost everyday and there is millions of dollars on the line and someone who represents themselves like that is bound to fuck some shit up sooner or later. Plus I just don't like people like that.
