My friend lily(17f) and I(16f) have been best friends for close to 4 years now . On Wednesday Lily and I planned a mini hangout on Friday (today)to catch up as we had not seen each other due to the afternoon lessons I had been taking.we were gonna go and get some drinks and even go get some food at a nearby Burger King .

As we were walking home today after school she suddenly asked to call her boyfriend on my phone and I told her that I don't have his number,she then explained that she sent it to me yesterday of Which I had not noticed.Due to my curiosity I asked why she wanted to call him and she said she wanted to tell him to come fetch her to Which I asked when we gonna do our hangout and she said we no more going . I was quite angry at the fact that she didn't even bother to tell me that she is cancelling our plan and does it the day off , she also tried to use the fact that I didn't notice she sent his last night number as an excuse , saying she told me yesterday and that I just didn't see.

I am not angry at the fact that she is going with her boyfriend, I am angry at the fact that she cancelled on the day of the hangout of Which I had cancelled my afternoon classes just to catch up with her and so I felt like she was being selfish for cancelling on me like that. AITAH?
