📝 AITAH for having a moody tone that’s directed at my brother?

Hi! Sorry for any grammatical errors in advance, english is not my first language.

I (23F) asked my brother (20M), in a moody tone, why he turned the fan off when the AC hadn’t been turned to cool yet, or the room was not yet cool enough for the fan to be turned off. For context, it was hot enough for me to wake up from my nap and sweat, so I was in a bad mood.

Then, he reprimanded me for not being kind or gentle when asking him to turn off lights that he forgot, any tasks that he forgot, or anything else he possibly did, just like I did earlier.

He told me I was always “angry” with my tone for him not doing his tasks. For context, I would ask him to turn off the lights while eating in the middle of a sunny morning so we could save some electricity. Still, he would tell me he wanted to see his food better while eating, but it was so bright since the window curtains weren’t blocking the natural light from outside. Maybe we have a different concept of “brightness.”

So, AITAH for having a moody tone or angry tone? Am I being over the top with my concerns?
