Hi so this happened about a year or two ago ago but it still bothers me(18F) and my sister(16F). and I need other people's opinions on how crazy it is. So my sister snuck in one of her friends(16M) through the laundry room one night after hanging out with friends and I helped her. She had a boyfriend and I trusted her to not do anything stupid. Well the next morning he left through the same window and my sister left the window open and my mom shook found out about us sneaking him in and everything. She got really mad and cussed us out for being stupid and reckless and breaking the rules and stuff. She found out who it was and told his parents (which me and my sister tried to stop her from doing) then she bought SEVERAL cameras for the house. She put them all over the upstairs and backyard and the downstairs. Even ones facing our rooms with noise detectors. And gets mad whenever I try and explain what happened. I refuse to let my sister get yelled at because luckily she is smart and old enough to help her friends. Also I and my sister feel like sh!t because my sisters friend has very abusive parents and we were trying to get him away so he didn't get beat up by his alcoholic parents. When we try to explain that our mom doesn't listen. So AITAH or was I a good person?
