so, i’ll just get right into it. me and my friend had a heated conversation arguing about how he never sticked to the plan in our minecraft realm. when we started the world, we built our homes next to eachother, and when i finished my home, i told him i’d build a small farm on the side of my house and log on whenever he’s online so that we can go mining together since we had less than a stack of iron, and barely any coal to use. i come back 1 day later and he has full netherite armor, built a nether portal at an awkward and far location of the world, built a villager breeder right in front of our houses, and we had more than a stack of diamond.
i come online and im obviously confused, so i tell him about it. he tells me that he finished everything so that we can go and kill the ended dragon as soon as possible. i hated everything about this. in the beginning of our world we agreed to do things together, like mining, exploring the nether, deciding on builds. but instead i come back and we’re already rushed to the end? i told him how disappointed i was but also that i had a hard time believing he didnt cheat because it was impossible for me to believe he did so many things in 1 day without saying anything about it until i logged on.
he got mad at me over this and even insulted me telling me its a “skill issue” that i cant find a stack of diamonds in 1 day (he didnt have fortune on his pickaxe).
so i decided to just move on and not log on the server since im upset.
a couple of days go by, and i forget about the whole minecraft thing cause hey its really just a game.
i message him to see if he wants to play anything and he tells me he has finals that are spread out from april to may. i told him goodluck on his studies and if he’s free he can call me anytime to play together. a couple of days go by and i message him every now and then to ask how he is and how’s everything since he lives alone. he replies to my messages 2 days after i send them, all the time, i then noticed that he’d be playing video games on his steam profile. so im confused, cause he’s playing mostly multi player games like marvel rivals and fortnite on epic games. since he replies late to me i will admit that i did stalk his steam profile a bit (he keeps his discord on invisible all the time) and i daw that he’d play multiple games a day and the hours would update drastically. i saw his marvel rivals “hours played” change from 91 hours to 113 in less than a week, and thats only marvel rivals.
i dont want to confront him about it, because i dont want to damage things between us.
so instead im trying to give him the same treatment he gives me by ignoring him for multiple days before replying, and keeping my accounts private/invisible on all platforms so he wouldnt know a thing about what im up to, because to me i believe he’s ignoring me because he can always just stalk me since i like keeping my profiles public.
i know this was long and im so sorry, but thank you for reading… please give me an honest opinion 🙏
