Basically I work in a factory. Have been asked by my boss to do 14 hour shifts to help out with an increased work load. I told said boss I would do them only if he sorted my holiday leave I had applied for 3 months prior to this. Got called Into work two hours early only to find out my holidays haven't been looked at yet. Wibah if I left after ten hours and refused to do the extra 4 hours?
