my friend and her boyfriend had dated for about 4 or so ish months before they broke up. i’m too sure why they broke up bit rumours went around that she had cheated on him (nothing was confirmed) but i’m really not sure what to believe. about a week after, her ex started talking to me. we were friends a little while back before they were dating and whilst they were dating, we just didn’t talk much. we started talking (as friends) for a few weeks then i brought it up with her. i told her i had no intentions of wanting to be with him (because at this point i didn’t like him) she told me how she felt and she really wasn’t happy with it so i left it. a week goes by and she’s talking to about 5 guys and flirting with them and i couldn’t get him off my mind. this friend in particular was on and off with me. even before this happened. she was either really nice or really rude and she would always blame it on her emotions. me and her ex are still friends and we talk whenever we see each other in public. i can’t say for sure if i like him or not but i’m not sure. i recently got out of a domestically abusive relationship and after it he seemed to be really kind to me. we make jokes at each other and laugh at each other but have never flirted. AITAH? i believe i am i just don’t know what to do. advice would be great.
