There is so much background to this story so I'll do what I can without being too long. This is about my fiancé(39M) and me(29F) and our child(18months), I will refer to them as "child" in this post. We've been in a lot of arguments since child was born, more than ever before. We've tried to get through it all since people say that happens.

The other day we had an argument because I told him what my plans were for that day, Sunday. And he got all huffy and said "God forbid I wanted to do something today." Now at this point I'm confused because I wasn't saying these plans were set in stone, and I told him I thought he wanted to rest at home that day since he works all week and had to watch our child the previous day while I worked. I try asking him nicely what he means and he just starts yelling.

This continues every time during the day that I try to talk to him, and eventually we end up in a semi-calm conversation about our child. I can't remember what exactly was said except at some point I said, "I feel like "child" annoys you all the time." He got super angry at this calling me names and telling me to give his ring back. Saying that I called him a terrible father. He's now refusing to watch child when I'm at work because he says "now every time I see her I'm reminded that I'm a bad dad."

So am I the AH for saying I think child annoys him?

Is there anything I can do to resolve this or should I just try to leave?
