AITAH? I live in a small apartment building (~7 units) with one shared washer/dryer in the basement. I went to do laundry the other day and someone's clothes were done but still in the washer. So I moved them and stacked them nicely on the dryer and ran my laundry. When I came back to switch it to the dryer, the mystery clothes pile had just been started in the dryer, which is fine just annoying that it would've already been done if that person had been more aware of the laundry timing. So I set an alarm for their clothes in the dryer and came back to put mine in to dry. End of story, or so it should have been.

Turns out it was my roommate's boyfriend's laundry and he is PISSED that I moved his clothes twice? To me, it's shared laundry and no one should have to wait for someone else to remember to move their clothes to start a load. Also, just generally annoyed to have had this conversation with someone who doesn't even live with me let alone live in my building. Thanks!
