My younger sister (13F) and I (20F) grew up in foster care because our mother is an addict and has been for a long time. I currently have custody of her and I had been told that my sister is a spoiled brat with no discipline because she got in trouble in school and with law enforcement but the thing is, I’m super busy all the time and don’t really have much time for her. I work full time, go to school full time and have a boyfriend. As you can see, being a “parent” is not something that I have time for. I’m young and have a life. My job is to provide her with the basic necessities, drive her to school everyday and makes sure she comes home.
