AITAH.. If I (38F)booked a spring break vacation for only myself, my daughters (15F& 10F) & husband(38M) & not brining my younger brother(15m)? Background I’m very close to my family and we spend a lot of time with my side of the fam & I mean spend a lot of time like every Sunday breakfast, all holidays/birthday’s/ any special occasion we spend with at my parents w/all my siblings. Recently I told my family that we are going on a small vacation just the four of us but when my younger brother found out we were going, he asked to come along but I told him he couldn’t come. I’m feeling very guilty about not being able to bring him along with me. My husband wants for this trip to be just me him & our daughters. The Airbnb we’re staying at has a max of 4people per stay. (Which we already are 4) I know my brother wouldn’t mind sleeping on the couch, but I am feeling very guilty not bringing him with us. My husband loves my family but he would like for this trip to just be us four. Some of my family members say that I should’ve of considered being him with me since he won’t be doing anything but staying at home during the time we are away & some friends say it’s good to get away with my husband & daughters and spend quality time with them.. AITAH for not bringing along my brother?
