So my mom is almost 50 and has been on and off with this person for two years. At first, I didn’t know since she was keeping a secret because my mom had been straight her whole life. In fact, I “caught” them, and even tho I of course love and respect my mother above anything else, it was really weird. I felt uncomfortable and worried, I want my mom to be happy but her gf is a bit younger and has always been out, she was also in a long and toxic relationship before being with my mom. She’s a good person, but I just don’t like her. I told this to my mom because de she asked me and I had to be honest. I don’t want to make her feel bad, but I honestly feel dislike towards her partner. I’m (23F) bi myself, but am I being homophobic? Am i the asshole?
