So my prom dress is black and gold. He knows that. He was there when I got it. He ended up getting and wearing a PINK tie and got a pink corsage.. I got upset because that doesn’t match my dress AT ALL and it doesn’t even look like we’re going together. But everyone keeps telling me it’s not a big deal but it feels like a big deal to me. This is our junior prom and I just wanted it to be perfect. Or at least for our colors to be perfect.

Edit to add on, I have OCD when it comes to colors matching. He knows that too. I didn’t yell at him. I just communicated that I was upset the colors didn’t match. I promise my bf is okay you guys 😭 also. To everyone saying at least he’s taking me and at least he dressed up.. I’m not celebrating the bare minimum..
