Back story. Many years ago when my mom was a teenager she lost her both parents. My mom is the youngest in her family and has two older siblings. My twin Aunts are 15 years older than her. So when my grandparents passed away my mom was still a minor, my aunts were married and in their 30’s. When my mom turned 18 the two aunts decided to trick my mom into singing over to them her share of the estate they got from my grandparents. The most valuable thing was this massive house where they all grew up. My mom was 18, inexperienced, had nobody but these two sisters of hers to call family so when they pressured her/sweet talked her into signing her portion over to them(we would always look out for you, we love you, we are doing this to help you etc) she went ahead and did as they wished. Fast forward ten years and my mom went through hell and back, was on the verge of becoming homeless, starved as she put herself through school. Nothing the two older sisters promised turned out to be true. They sold the property and divided the proceeds between them two leaving my mom with nothing. My aunts married, one had a daughter , another one had a son with Autism and severe intellectual disability and needs 24/7 help. My mom had me. I don’t really stay in touch with my aunts because of what they did to my mom. Bot only that, they always were very rude to her too. I vividly remember my aunts making fun of how poor my mom used to dress, how simple our apartment was, how little we could afford. Fast forward to today. I am a 40 year old female, own my own properties, my mom is retired. One of my aunts already passed away. This leaves my other aunt with Autistic son alive. She is in her late 70’s. Lately she’s been calling me up and messaging me asking, begging if I can look after her son-my cousin-when she passes. I said Absolutely no. She didn’t get the no the first time I said it. She keeps saying the same thing again and again every time we talk. Last we talked she started the same thing and I cut her off, I said You screwed my mom over, treated her like a garbage all her life, and want me take care of your son? Where is the money you stole from my mom? Use that to take care of him and blocked her.
