Not sure the location matters but Boston (Financial District) - they're doing construction and have a walkway set up under scaffolding and every single day I walk through, there is enough space where two-way pedestrian traffic can move through. I haven't had an issue since they started months ago. Today, not one, but two people in separate groups just didn't move over. I didn't have anywhere so I just walked straight into them. Twice. If they were elderly or had mobility issues, I would've obviously had figured something out but like, younger late-20s, there's space for us both so move 🤷🏻‍♀️
