I (18f) have been with my bf (24m) for a little over 3 months. His father thinks that I’m 20 and go to college. He had to lie because he didn’t want his father to know my age. I specifically don’t want to be around his dad because I don’t want him to ask me and college questions or anything because I won’t be able to answer them. We are also always around his dad because he likes to spend time with him so I feel bad. His father has also made jokes involving me and my bf that I am not comfortable with. For example, like a month ago I heard his dad make a joke about me being a “toy” which made me uncomfortable. (Me and my bf have a little over a foot of height difference). his dad has also attempted to tickle my feet before which I think is weird and not normal. I’ve talked a little to this around my bf but I don’t think he understands the full impact of it and I don’t know how to explain it to him without it sounding rude since he likes to spend a lot of time with his dad. I also don’t even want to spend time with his dad a lot because I’m going over to see my bf not him and his dad for like 4+ hours. I need opinions on this situation and if you think I’m being rude, inconsiderate, etc.
