Ok ok. First I didn't attack him! I'm silently upset. As I don't support trump at all! (1 cause I don't believe in the stuff he says and 2 I'm in Australia so American politics don't really matter to me sometimes) I'm all into everyone is equal and that everyone should have their own beliefs and all. But when he told me he is I thought it was a joke at first! If you knew the guy u wouldn't think it. He is anti vaccination on every vaccine. I mean yh I get it, Ur unsure what's going in Ur body. It's Ur choice. I was given it and got mine done in case, he didn't attack me. He was happy that my parents pushed me to do research and choose my own path. They didn't force me to go the way they are going. He tried to go in depth but I was afraid so I pushed that I didn't care for politics. I mean if he doesn't push me to believe in his beliefs shouldn't I do the same? I'm on the fence. He pushed me into doing my own research mainly. Said a few things he agrees on with trump and it made me kind of grossed out. But I mean it kind of seems like he is just discussing rather than making me believe in what he says. I think that if he wants to believe it he can but I will not. He started saying how some groups are cults as well and the ones he listed made me... Kind of angry. I told him I don't agree and he and I decided that it's ok to not see eye to eye on politics and he said he will make sure he won't do that. He is a Christian BTW but only to the bible. Im not a Christian but a believer of science and fact. But I don't force ppl to believe it cause what if ppl who believe on a kind of God or goddess needs that? It's not like he is all over trump. Like another man at work. He doesn't wear the hat or flags or anything. He just... Believes in it. I told him that I believe all should be equal to their beliefs even if I disagree. And that I won't believe in the trump stuff as that is my belief. And he accepted that. Is it only fair that I accept him back because of that? He knows I'm bisexual and doesn't mind it and knows I have a different belief system. But hearing what he had to say about trump was... To me, I hated it. But it was more about how he thinks religions are cults and that trump is a saviour to all and the media is lying about some things... I was kind to him about it and he was kind back. I mean what would u do? Cause I said I am not into politics and that I believe that I should let ppl live with their own choices. We changed the subject quickly. I hate talking about politics honestly cause everyone is at each other and... Aggressive. So AITAH for not wanting to ever speak of his beliefs or mine even? I mean believe what u want! Just don't force me to believe the same thing! Or attack me! I've been told, growing up, that ppl need something to believe in and sometimes it's something we don't always agree on. So AITAH for not wanting to discuss this? I'm scared to lose him just because of beliefs Happy to answer questions! And please no attacking me or each other for beliefs. Like I said everyone has they own thing and that should be OK! Without forcing it onto each other.
