📝 AITAH for paying to get my half of the house work done by professionals?

I 25M recently have been getting into several arguments with my GF 26F, she moved in last month as we started getting more serious about a future together, we plan on eventually getting married, having a family, all that.

Our issues started when, dividing up the housework, she's a very busy and overworked/underpaid teacher, i have my own business, mostly work from home and make a very, very comfortable living, I'm not "ultra rich have a sports car and a yacht rich", but i make the kind of living you can comfortably pay for minor conveniences whenever possible without worrying about money, groceries? have them delivered to my home, lawn? pay someone, gutters? pay someone, weekly cleaning + a monthly deep clean? pay someone, laundry? pay for pickup cleaning and delivery, you get the idea.

When she moved in she asked what i wanted of her, i honestly told her i don't need anything, i always paid for this place by myself and she being here won't really change my expenses all that much from what i was spending anyway, she tried pushing back a bit but i insisted, then she asked about house work, again i told her i don't need anything, i pay for most of it and the thing i don't pay for i enjoy doing which is cooking, this is were she started snapping at me, saying that's irresponsible, immature and whatnot, she insisted we split it halfway and she won't budge, she's still pestering me about it and will try to do things like cleaning the house herself a day before the cleaner i pay comes over or she'll take her own clothes to a laundromat randomly during the week even if she doesn't have a full load just to avoid having it picked up and cleaned by the people i pay.

We're not really talking that much over the last few weeks and i can feel the tension getting worse, she's not budging on this and it's starting to make me wonder if I'm the asshole.

EDIT: right now i'm technically paying for all the housework but she keeps doing her own thing instead of letting the people i pay handle her stuff, just realized title is confusing, sorry, it's late and i'm sleepy.
