I 32M told my wife 26F a couple of days ago that i would be meeting up my friend this weekend as he was visiting from a different country. She said okay and all was good. Then the day before the weekend she tells me that i have to postpone meeting my friend as her sister's in laws were in town for the first time and wanted to meet us. Despite knowing i had plans with my friend she told the in laws we would meet them as she felt it was more important than me meeting my friend. I told her it was wrong on her part to agree to meet them without asking me when she knew i already had plans. I told her i wouldn't meet them. She is angry with me for preferring friends over family. AITAH ?
