My brother is a creep and has been since he was 7 he tried to lock me in a basement and do stuff to me when I was younger ofc I was older so I pushed him off over the years he has gotten worse with this behaviour he tried to kiss me in the girls bathroom and he was arrested for it and my mom is allowing it saying he is just playing what do I do? Edit: it's all been going good untill my brother was released since there's no evidence and I'm scared idk what to do and he is calling my phone while I'm righting this I'm alone. No friends no safety and I'm scared he won't stop calling and my mom is allowing it she says he is just playing joking around note that Im older while he is is younger and mom says if I call the police I will be disowned and never spoken to I'm scared
