So me (18m) had an argument with my (18f) gf and we are both hardheaded so we didn’t make up for like 30mins but we haven’t talked all day prior so I really wanted to make up but didn’t know what to do so I went to the girl in question who is my LITERAL cousin (17f) for advice, I laid down the argument in the most vague way possible for privacy sake so she’d tell me how I could make up w my gf, I did as she told me and if worked out well but after I told my gf that my cousin told me how to make up she got irritated but she was fired so she went to sleep, 30mins literal I notice a barrage of messages from my pissed off gf about how I know how jealous she is and I shouldn’t have talked with my cousin about what happened etc, keep in mind there were to screenshots exchanged other than one showing my gf replying to a message of me saying my cousin loves you more than she loves me with her replying “I don’t believe that” so I’d send it to my cousin and screenshot her saying I love you to my gf, now my family situation is complicated but let’s say my cousin and grandma are the only two people from dad’s side that I’m still in any way of contact with and i treat my cousin like the little sister I wish I had cuz I do see her that way, so when my gf asked me to stop talking to her ofc I was pissed and I really was trying to be as understanding and calm as possible before that was said, then she changed her request to never share our problems with her even if they were vague and lack most details which I’ll admit is more reasonable but it still doesnt change the fact she asked me to cut off my actual cousin because of her jealousy which wouldn’t usually even bother me Thant much but she’s the only family I’m still in contact with other than my grandmother so, AITAH?
