Ok- so I play Dandy's World (obviously) and I got frustrated by this mistake I made that someone didn't fully let go

It was a dandy run, you can't buy from dandy's shop so you can get twisted dandy, and I knew this. Because it became a force of habit, I bought. I apologized and explained my reasoning for buying, but they said 'we said it multiple times' which is fair. I just forget stuff in a millisecond (oh one of the 'joys' of having ADHD ig).

I thought that problem was passed over, but the same player said 'DO NOT BUY' while coming up to me. I decided not to bring it up because I thought I'd just make a fool of myself by accusing this player (I'll call them Cocoa bc they were playing as Cocoa).

Another round, they said it again, 'DON'T BUY', except they called me out. They said 'Dont buy Rodger' (aka the toon I was playing as). This really upset me because it was a mistake, and I said 'could you not?' Instead of apologizing or something, she said 'what I'm just saying' making me go into a rant about how I feel like she didn't understand how pissed I was getting at her. The exact words I said were "I don't appreciate that, don't." And, "I don't feel like you understand how much that's upsetting me, it was a simple mistake". She never pushed the situation again, which made me feel weird. On one side, I was happy she was listening to me and not calling me out again, but on the other side, I don't know if she really understood.

All in all, we continued on until she died on floor 13 or something, and then I died on purpose to make this bc I'm genuinely curious, AITAH for how I responded to Cocoa?
