In summary, I thought it would be funny to send a brutally unflattering picture to my friend, but he blocked me.
As for the content of the picture:
I am completely nude while making intense eye contact with the camera. It is shot from an extremely low angle, so my bits are not visible behind the toilet seat. My whole body is grotesquely shiny with sweat. I have a pained expression with a beet-red face, clenched teeth, bulging eyes, and forehead veins. I am also in a deep hunch with my legs akimbo while firmly gripping my ankles.
Anyway, after I sent him this masterpiece in our IG chat, he replied, "Don't send me that". I didn't take him seriously and responded with a winky face ;), so I am probably the AH.
I sent it to my brother too, but he got a laugh out of it.
For extra context, we are old college friends and most of the people we used to hang out with shared an appreciation for irreverent comedy and shock humor. Think Adult Swim-esque jokes.
I don't think he's been keeping in touch with most of the people we went to school with, so maybe he's become more sensitive about that type of humor now.
I'm not sure if I should try to reach out and apologize on a different messenger, or just wait for him to cool off.
One of our friends sent around a closeup POV video of his butthole while having diarrhea. Everyone who received it was furious but thought it was pretty funny after a week or so. We were all baffled trying to figure out how he managed to record the footage. I'm hoping this turns out the same way.
