📝 AITAH for splitting tips with a coworker after being asked not to?

I’m a 20s M and this situation pertains to me and a 20s F coworker. I’ve worked with her a couple times. There are lots of different stores at this business and one company staffs them all with two departments that overlap at times. With how the stores in my department are set up the tips go straight to whoever is logged into the register’s paycheck and no one else. The stores in the department she usually works in have a system where there is a tip pool and it’s split up amongst all the kitchen staff and everything automatically.

When we work together on my departments stores I send her half the money we made in tips when she leaves. (No one else does that but me taking orders while she cooks everything then not tipping her feels scummy). Now the weird part. She acts different around me (writing notes on my writing tablets, staring at me, thanking me before she leaves, or when she clocks out she’ll stay at the store a few mins I guess to see if I’m leaving too). Now she’s saying she doesn’t want me to send her half the tips we made. She’s like “it’s fine, I enjoyed working with you”. I litterally asked her point blank do you like working with your team or over here (and she said she wants to work over here). “Over here” is less money, less customers, crummy equipment, so idk what her deal is. This store is like the punishment store no one wants. Plus she works multiple jobs so she obviously needs money. Am I in the wrong if I keep sending her half the tips even if she says no? Cause she’s like “no it’s fine, I enjoyed working with you”…. Idk what that has to do with not wanting half your money. AITAH if I send it anyway?
