One day I (13F) asked my mom (34F) why she won’t let me get my nose pierced and she immediately starts yelling at me about how i already peirced my nose previously and i’m not even responsible for myself. I tell her that she treats my like a baby and she won’t let me take care of myself and that’s why she thinks that i cant take care of my basic needs (eat, drink water,shower,brush teeth,ect.) After that she starts to get into how she doesn’t treat me like a baby and how i don’t help her with HER daughter/my sister (4F) or do basic chores. After she says what she wants i start to cry out of stress and aggravation and tell her i have lot on my plate. Then i try to tell her how i feel but she starts saying the things that she has to do everyday and made it seem like i’m lazy. So then i start screaming saying “I’m trying my best” and “can you calm down please” and she then HITS ME straight in my eye and walks out of my room. This isn’t the first time we’ve argued like this but i was in shock because she hit me. AITAH..?
