My boyfriend is a very sweet guy and because of this he doesn’t know how to say no if he doesn’t want to do something. Me and him have a 3 month old baby and he has a younger sister. She’s 20 years old and doesn’t have a car or license because she’s autistic. She lives with her dad and has a job but it’s 40 minutes away. Since her dad works full time my boyfriend has been taking her back and forth to work even tho he hates doing it. I also hate it because we have a baby. Also, my boyfriend works from home and makes his own schedule. Everytime he has to go pick her up or take her to work he complains so much about it yet he won’t just say no. I told him he needs to grow a spine or he’s going to be a doormat for the rest of his life. I also told him he’s too nice and he said “I’m just nice to friends and family” and that “he gets guilt tripped too easily” Am I being too harsh? .. I just feel like if he hates doing it that much he should speak up and say no
