Well for starters my ex and I broke up 4 or 5 months ago because I wanted to hard focus on my mental and physical health before I continue a relationship because I was in a really bad place. my ex and I went no contact for about 3 months and we recently started speaking again and things went south very quickly. shes telling me all these things about how she still loves me and still wants me regardless if she's in a relationship and it's becoming clear she used this guy as a rebound to fill the void. Her and I met up not that long ago to just talk about things and why our relationship ended because she was still confused and one thing lead to the other and we started having sex and I completely feel ashamed and feel terrible that I did this to some guy and I want to tell him but she's telling me to keep it a secret and that we can continue our little adventures while he's at work.

I asked my female friends and they called me a jerk for wanting to expose her and that she was in a rough spot and all that I also asked my male friends and they 100% agree that I should tell him if I find his address or contact information so now I'm here on reddit at 2 am wanting a third opinion lol
