My girlfriend has had me take care of her cat at my place for a day or so before and I don’t mind as long as it’s not overnight. Today she said her apartment complex is checking for pets that owners have not paid for and she wants me to take the cat for several days. She said she doesn’t know what day they will come so it could be indefinitely. In my lease I’m not allowed to have pets at my place and so if I took the cat for multiple days I’m afraid I would get caught for the same thing she’s trying to get me to take the cat for. I feel like I’m in my right to tell her no but lmk if you think otherwise.
