So i have been friends with this girl since childhood, lets call her hailey. I dont remember much but i do know we got along pretty well and we did what other children does, playing outside, and chatting about our schools because we didn't attend the same school in elementary.

Time passes and we were now in highschool, surprisingly she attends the same school i am going to. The first year goes smoothly even though we weren't in the same classroom. In the second year we finally got in the same class with a few of my old besties from my elementary days, i happily introduced her to them and she introduces us to her close friend from her class last year.

At first i was happy, but then halfway through the semester, third quarter, i was chatting with my mom about how hailey always urges us and my other friends to review altogether, I dont remember that much but i know that my mom scolded me to stop helping hailey because she remembers a few times where i told her that hailey always asking us the wrong questions that wont pop up to the quiz or wrong answers to the question, and that resulted me and kia (my elementary friend) to end up getting a lower grade than our usuals and how hailey at those times always manages to get higher grades than us.

As a result, of course i cried when my mom told me that hailey was probably using us for her own benefits and it caused me to barely talk whenever its about academics, i only speak when its about games or some other things. I noticed that i started to actually become much higher than her even though i barely review and just listen to the discussion so i continued that, i still help kia when she asks though. Me and kia have always been in honors since elementary, what's surprising to me is the fact that hailey got honors when she started to hang out around us, since she always ranted to be on the first year about how she always participates in class and studies for quizzez everytime but never actually getting a certificate for being in honors. That further made me belive my mom.

Alright, third year, kia sadly got seperated from my class and i got in the same room as hailey, there she met a person i've already known from the first year, her name is jane, ehem and when i say jane is smart, like REALLY smart, me and her shares the same hobbies which is why we clicked instantly. Let me timeskip to the 3rd quarter, yes the third quarter again, we notice the hailey was drifting away from us like when we go to the cafeteria, we have to really fucking force her so that she will go with us when normally just the mention of cafeteria shes gonna go with us.

One time, me and jane got tired of forcing her to go with us so we just went by ourselves. There i told her what happend with hailey last year in my pov, and she was shocked, she told me that she thought me and her were close and so she didnt tell me about her feelings about hailey, turns out when hailey notices that me and jane are getting too close she'll butt into our conversation, i didnt really notice it and i thought jane and her were starting to get close so i didnt tell her what happend on our last school year. She also told me on how she hated when hailey suddenly asks her to review because apparently one time she agreed on getting reviewed by her since jane was too lazy to review, almost most of the questions she asked werent going to be on the quiz and most the answers were wrong which is why she reviewed by herself again.

(Me and jane have the same habit of reviewing the way the teachers question so we have an idea on the possible questions, y'all this works like a charm trust 🙏)

Moving on, jane told me her pov about hailey and we ultimately decided to break off our friendship with her, but b4 we did we asked a few of our friends to and agreed that she was being to much. Oh yea i forgot about the guy, he was also our friend and him and hailey were secretly dating but i already knew because of how weird they were, but yeah, She was dropping hints on her social media about being left out when we werent, thats where it all started, and that was why i finally got the courage to tell jane about last year.

Im SO BAD at making titles, im sobbing- here i am trying my best to summarize it but im missing so much details 😭

For haileys pov, this is what kia sent me because she was talking to haileys close friend

In the message it said

"All my time doesnt just go to my bf...I tried to approach them but they are leaving me out. Its not bad for jane and her to talk, but i just hope they give time for the one being left off. They're not the only one hurt, im also hurt. "

I cant translate the rest, it was too long, but jane did summarize it for me, she told me that hailey didnt approach us for grades or anything, jane told me that hailey blamed it on her stress, anxiety and other things. Jane didnt agree on that because all of us suffer on school, family probs and other things, not only her, some of us actually suffered much more worse than her because her family is just strict for her well-being like they didnt allow her to have a online bf and grounds her for that and other things she ranted to us. For the school problem, jane told me that it was just haileys want because her family doesnt force her to always get honors, she just wants it herself.
