I (16F), my mom (40F) and sister (12F) all walk the same route every day.

We walk and hour to my sisters school then another ten to my school and then my mom walk another half hour to her work.

It’s not hard to track us if you were to stalk us. I should probably tell you about Dean.

Dean (18M) is my ex (I dated him when he was 16 and I was 14). He knows my route and has kind of followed it for a while.

So it was a normal day, we left at 7:30 sharp. We walk my sister to school and then me to mine.

I don’t see my mom until after school from then. She walks alone and we’ve done that forever.

I was in school for my normal day. Phones are not allowed in class so when I check it at lunch there are maybe fifty texts from my mom and at least a hundred from Dean.

I read them all over and apparently Dean got high and found my mom at work. He then went on to do things that I can’t even say.

As I was rushing to my mom’s work (as it’s a half hour from my school) Deans car rushes past with his friend, Mark, driving and he opened his window, music blaring.

He then proceeds to flip me off and yell ‘slut’ and ‘whore’ at a SIXTEEN year old girl.

I rushed to my mom and she’s crying on the floor, I call the police and he’s arrested a few days later.

The police call me in and then said that he blamed me for this as apparently I had caused him emotional trauma.

He would drink a lot (underage) and smoke and I would confront him from time to time but I think he needed it.

So AITAH for putting him in prison?
