This is my first post so bear with me. I(39M) have been married to my wife (37F) for 14 years. Last year I found out she was talking to an inmate in a different state with no chance of getting out. But she said she loved him and wanted to be with him. Naturally this made me very upset and we full blown had a fight about it. But I wanted to stick around because we have kids together and I do honestly love her. After a few weeks of silence and going about our lives separately she breaks it off with him and tries to mend things with me. So I am all for this.

Fast forward to this year I find a notarized paper stating that our 15y/o son can now visit an inmate at a prison in our home state. When confronted by this she flips the script saying I shouldn’t have been looking at personal letters of hers and it’s my fault for being nosey. I thought things were going well and everything was on the mend but come to find out she’s just been talking to this other guy behind my back and now brings our kid into it just boils my blood. So AITAH for being as upset as I am over this?
