📝 AITAH for wanting to clear my items out of my parents home for three days?

I 27F was told today by my parents that I need to sleep in the camper van here soon as my brother's MIL is to be staying in my room. Some background, I moved states to live in my parents home last weekend due to family pressure. I also have a special needs little one who requires a village who also lives with my parents. Also to note, this visit from MIL has been planned longer than I've been down here and I get that.

Knowing this info, I agreed to this plan but let my parents know I'll be moving my things out. I don't know this lady and I don't like people I don't know being near my things or touching my things. This caused my mom to freak out saying "real mature" and "grow up". She especially freaked when I let her know I'll be removing my mattress pad and that's what made me come to Reddit. This was the biggest issue my mom had as she felt this was "way too far". I have a pretty basic mattress pad but does wonders on the back considering the mattress is old and hard.

My bf doesn't think I'm the AH, but my parents think I am. I'm wondering if I'm overreacting? I just don't like the idea of strangers being in the presence of or using my items. I genuinely find it gross thinking about someone's body sweating and rolling around on my mattress pad. Does that really make me the AH?
